Common problems and solutions for sealing robot
Uneven mixing of glue, resulting in floral glue
1. Is the pressure of black glue and white glue balanced? The pressure of the white glue pump is about 0.4Mpa. Is the pressure of the black glue pump too low and cannot be lower than 0.3Mpa.
2. Check if the black and white ratio of the proportional pump is around 1:10;
3. Check if the mixer is installed correctly and cleaned;
4. Check if the parameters of the black glue intelligent pressure gauge are normal;
5. Check if the black glue pneumatic switch and solenoid valve operate normally;
6. Check if the fixed block of the pneumatic switch is blocked;
7. Check if the black and white glue pneumatic switches are blocked.
No glue can be produced during gluing
1. Check if the air source is between 0.6 and 0.8Mpa;
2. Check if empty working is turned on inside of the editing function menu of the touch screen;
3. Check if the pneumatic switch is blocked;
4. Check whether the black and white glue pneumatic switches and solenoid valves operate normally;
5. Check if the intelligent pressure gauge on the proportional pump alarms, with a range of 5-30Mpa;
6. Check if the hydraulic station has pressure. If there is no pressure: 1) Clean the proportional overflow valve; 2) Check if the proportional controller is powered on or loose;
7. Whether white glue can be released during cleaning, and if not, check whether the white glue hose, rotary joint, and pneumatic valve are blocked;
8. Check if there is a signal from one set of proportional pump lower limit sensors, and check if there is a signal from two sets of proportional pumps;
9. Manually check if the scanner values are normal.
Scraper alarm
1. Check whether the sensor position is correct and whether the circuit is damaged;
2. Whether the air source pressure is between 0.6 and 0.8Mpa;
3. Check if there is adhesive on the cylinder support rod;
4. Check if the linear bearing of the cylinder support rod is damaged;
5. Whether the cylinder block is damaged;
6. Whether the scraper too close to the glue nozzle.
Servo driver alarm
1. A810 needs to be reset by the manufacturer on site;
2. AC90 Check if the servo control line from the servo controller to the servo motor is intact;
3. A910 and A710 are overloaded, check if there is resistance between the servo motor and the connection; Whether the manual rotation gearbox can rotate;
4. Communication failure between AE60 controller and PLC connection line, re plug and unplug the USB connection line at the PLC end of the servo controller;
5. A950 Check if the power line connecting the servo controller and servo motor is normal.
Attention
1. When inputting the thickness of the glass, pay attention to the correct value input;
2. The power outage time of the equipment cannot exceed 15 days;
3. For encoders with batteries, the cable cannot be plugged or unplugged, otherwise the servo controller will report A810 and the manufacturer needs to reset it at the factory.
