1. RQLX-7/RQLX-8 vertical straight bevel glass edging machine is a brand new glass deep processing equipment. It changes the traditional glass vertical chain transmission method, adopts the method of synchronous belt clamping and transmission, so that the accuracy of edging is greatly improved.

2. This machine is mainly composed of five systems, which are mainly divided into: control system, grinding system, clamping and conveying system, cooling system and receiving system. The whole machine has a compact structure, a reasonable layout, and a harmonious and unified appearance.                                               

3. Control system: The current and voltage are displayed by meters, and the machine operation status is clear at a glance.                                               

4. Grinding system: high-speed three-phase AC motor is selected to ensure the continuous stability of the machine's performance during long-term use; advanced manufacturing technology is selected for the grinding wheel to ensure the processing accuracy and polishing brightness, and to ensure that the mirror effect is achieved.   

 5. Clamping transmission system: select single worm gear speed, AC frequency conversion speed regulation, during operation, the speed can be smoothly transitioned between 0-4 meters to meet different process requirements.                  

6. Clamping conveyor system: Use high-quality timing belts with PU and red glue on the surface, which not only reduces the glass breakage rate during the clamping and conveying process, but also ensures sufficient clamping force between the glass and the timing belt during operation. There is no relative sliding with the timing belt to ensure that the line accuracy of the polished glass product meets the requirements.             

7. Cooling system: using circulating water, double pumps and double tanks for cooling, one of the tanks is filled with cerium oxide polishing powder, which not only ensures the circulating cooling but also improves the polishing brightness.                        

8. Undertaking system: The timing belt shared with the conveying system is selected to avoid surface scratches during the operation of the glass. The control part is organically coordinated with the working part, which is people-oriented and highlights the humanized design. The method of use is simple and clear, and the grinding accuracy is stable and continuous. It is the most ideal equipment for beveling edging for glass deep processing enterprises.
