Equipment Features

Control System
1. This machine adopts PLC motion control system, which is designed and developed by an Italian brand company.
2. Touch screen. The operation is convenient and simple. The two-glass and three-glass coating function can be switched by one button. It has one-key glue mixing and one-key flushing functions. The automatic flushing time can be set to prevent the glue mixer from clogging due to negligence.
3. Automatic fault detection system, if there is a problem with the machine, the fault can be eliminated through the monitoring screen on the touch screen as soon as possible.

Movement System
1. High-precision operation of the servo motor cooperates with the automatic inspection system of the hollow glass groove depth. The groove depth detection range is 1MM-15MM. According to the height of the aluminum bar and the thickness of the glue, the glue amount and transmission speed are automatically adjusted for precise operation.
2. The high-precision rack and pinion is matched with the high-precision square linear rail. The precision of the linear rails used is all H-level (accuracy ±0.03) to ensure the stability of the machine head walking and gluing.
Glue supply system
Pure pneumatic glue supply system, stable glue output and quick glue filling.
The cylinder diameters of the rubber replenishing cylinders of the A pump and B pump are both 160MM. Even if the air pressure is unstable during the gluing process, the rubber replenishing speed will not be affected at all.
Secondary pressurization system
It adopts the pressurization method of hydraulic station and is equipped with a high-precision electronic digital pressure switch to monitor the glue pressure in real time to ensure the steady and continuous glue flow.
It avoids the situation that the glue is interrupted and the pressure is unstable in the glue making process.

The electrical accessories of this machine adopt internationally well-known brand products.
The low-voltage electrical appliances used are provided by the Schneider brand, and the pneumatic components used are provided by the Airtac brand in Taiwan to ensure the stable operation of the machine.
